for instance if a warrant states search and seize weapons, but drugs were found and seized. would they be allowed to be introduced and charges levied?
furter details as i found out are: items were in a tacklebox in a closet. so not in plain sight. items were not listed on the warrant. only weapons. weapons found were all legal, but still seized. no charges for drugs yet, but was arrested for firing a pellet gun.

If they have a warrant I think they can charge you for anything they find.
For example is cops had a warrant for drugs and found abused children that were being prostituted or something horrible like that then they could charge the person for both, you wouldnt expect a cop to turn a blind eye to anything illegal would you?
