The Salvation Army gives dinner and breakfast but you’re out on the streets during the day to go to the local soup kitchen. If you are accepted intp a homeless drug/alcohol treatment program, then, you’ll receive more benefits as participants generally have to earn privileges to leave the building/grounds.
