Getting Over an Addiction?

Question by Kingler: getting over an addiction?
help!
okay i have court (trial) in less than a month and i need to know if they drug test! It’s a fifth degree felony charge in Ohio (specifically summit county) and i need to know if i should stop using! I know marijuana can stay in someones system for up to a month, and i myself am a heavy user. I quit every other day but it seems like every time i do quit something comes up and I’m smoking again! and using other drugs! my best friend had the same problem but now that hes not smoking hes drinking every day and I’m pretty sure he just replaced his addiction, i don’t want to do that and I’m not even sure if marijuana is addicting but i do need to know if the court system will drug test me or i need to know my chances of getting probation after this is all over.
