i have a food addiction. I have been on countless diets but always end up cheating and im only 14. if i dont stop soon i am going to have diabetes and i have already had my gallbladder taken out

drink more water. If your parents know your on a diet, ask them if it’s okay to get rid of all junk foods in your house. The best way to not eat junk food is to not buy it in the first place. (Also saves you some money 😉
When buying breads, go for sugar free whole wheat bread. White bread has glucose which is stored in the body to produce fat. Make this one of your rules- always read labels for “high fructose corn syrup.” If it has this one single ingredient, don’t buy it.
Also, for a little bit of super stition (doctors say it’s good for you imagination) it’s said that the color blue makes you less hungry. When eating, eat with a a blue napkin, a blue plate, etc.
