I have felonies for Theft and Passing Bad Checks… was wondering if I would still be considered satisfactory with no Child Abuse or Domestic Abuse or Drug Charges.

I do know if you have 1 felony (passing bad checks) that’s 5+ years old you are still eligible. Send an email and ask the Department of Education. They’ll answer you but explain with offenses and dates.
