My boyfriend is addicted to crack and can’t afford rehab but seriously needs help. Does anyone know of any free counseling services, treatment centers etc? Or at least somewhere with payment plans. I don’t want this to ruin his life but we have 2 kids and can’t afford the rehabs. In Youngstown ohio
