It seems to me MOST get out much much sooner…. right or wrong

armed robbery was the crime my man has… he has min 10 yrs

please dont judge us he had a drug addiction to vicodin pills

how long do you think he might serve?

i dont have personal experience but i think the judge says at trial when he is eligible for parole. due to overcrowding your husband may be out early tho myb 3-5? i just saw a murderer serve 10 yrs so that seems right in the eyes of usa

If he has a drug addiction, get him into a rehab unit as treatment. This way he was as some see it not mentally competent with the laws of intent to commit a crime.
Depending on first arrest, 2nd 3rd??
Lets say he got 10 years, at good time of 3 to 1 served, he would be looking at 3,650 days divided by 3 = 1216 days or about 3 years 4 mo., but; if he can get a drug abuse program instead, he could complete it in 9 mo and be back o court to be evaluated for probation without prison time.
