Question by Miss Libby: Help Please! I need the legalities of kicking out my 22 Y/O drug using son in Ohio?
The cops have told us we have to give him an eviction notice, which is INSANE to me. He does nothing to help out and threatens everyone who stands in his way ( and I’m not talking about pot, I could deal with that )

Write and eviction notice, back date it 2 months
Change the locks
You will both be better off
