How Am I Going to Find Alcohol Rehabilitation Centers in Gainesville, Texas?

Question by amelia f: How am I going to find alcohol rehabilitation centers in Gainesville, Texas?
I need to do this for a friend of mine who is asking for my help. He has been dependent upon alcohol for months now, but it’s only recently that he has learned to admit this to himself. I really want to help him since he has always been there for me when I needed him in the past. I don’t know how to find alcohol rehabs, though. Please help.

You can take your friend to a doctor. At least then the doctor will be able to properly check up on him and tell you what kind of treatment program will be best for him. The doctor can also give you recommendations regarding drug rehabs. You can also look through the links that I have included below. These contain lists of the alcohol rehabs in Gainesville, Texas, and other areas near it. Good luck! I do hope your friend gets treated soon.

They say that admittance is the first step toward recovery. What a good friend you are for helping out your friend. You can start by checking out the yellow pages in your local telephone book. There should be listings for A.A. (Alcoholics Anonymous) as well as other treatment centers. Good luck and best wishes to you both.
