How Can I Mail Someone Information Anonymously?

Question by Kristyn: How can I mail someone information anonymously?
I am looking to send someone information on getting help for their drug addiction. I understand that someone won’t get help unless THEY want to help themselves but there is nothing wrong with options right? Where can I submit the information? Every place I see works mostly through email and I am looking for somewhere that will send their info via Post Office. Any info would be great. Thank you.
