i was wondering the average jail time for someone who got charged with drug abuse (in ohio) for having weed on them and they were also charged with complicity. Thank you very much appreciated

usage and possession of weed is much less severe than traffic or possession with intent to sell. Depending on the previous criminal record and amount of marijuana, you probably will get fines and probation.
