How to Deal With a Shopping Addiction?
Question by erika lynn: How to deal with a shopping addiction?
I seriously think i have a problem. Everytime I’m bored I go to the mall and spend money. shopping is really the only thing my friends and i can think of to do when were bored. When i do it I know i shouldn’t be spending the money because I’m trying to pay for college, but i just can’t help myself. What can i do? i want to have my credit card for emergencies, so shredding it is not exactly the answer. HELP!

3d Episode 26 – How to Overcome a Shopping Addiction – In this clip, Judy asks the Master how to overcome her shopping addiction. There are numerous books available to help people identify their problem, and then suggest ways for these victims to consciously avoid spending needless money on shopping. But an alternative may be to give something away each time one shops. That is, for every item one buys at the mall, another item may be donated to charity. After time, one will likely become so fulfilled with the art of giving that they no longer feel the need to shop. It is not an overnight process, but it can happen.
