How to Get Heathy Long Hair?

Question by 123: How to get heathy long hair?
I’ve been straigtening it everyday, and cutting it a lot, so now it’s really damaged, so what could I do to make it healthier, and grow fast? I’m gonna try blow drying it every day instead, using a heat protectant if course, and only straighten it 2-3 times a week. So any other tips on how to help it get healthy and grow faster? I’m considering getting mane & tail shampoo, and getting hair growth vitamins.

Vitamins will definately help. Getting it trimmed every 6 weeks helps as well. A lot of heat will damage your hair, so try to remember the heat protectant, and let it dry naturally whenever you can or don’t really need it styled. You can also try something like oil or cream that penetrates deep into the hair strands. Just check around the haircare section in your store for that stuff. Good luck!
