I smoke too much pot. Pot, which isn’t physically addicting but certainly is psychologically, really helps me relax and take the edge off after a day of school and stress. I get too anxious about school and other things and I always view going home and smoking pot as a positive way to end the day because it calms me down and makes me stop stressing out. I’ve tried quitting before, but I can never find anything to take pot’s place in relaxing me at night.

Maybe instead of smokeing pot you could find something else to relax you like all day at school you could look forward to your favorite tv show or maybe your favorite snack will be waiting at home or have something fun planned at the end of the week like if you go a whole week without smokeing you will go to the movies with friends…..just do really anything besides smokeing/drinking because in the long run they will hurt you.
