he is 21, no other offences, lives in ohio. would like to know the max and min jail time

Am sorry to here that.Does he have any more marijuana left?The time is proudly about 7 years on good be heavier.

He’ll probably get a misdemeanor or two, a fine and community service along with mandatory attendance at a drug/alcohol rehab. If he had a lot of marijuana and the heavier drugs along with the paraphernalia, he could be looking at two-to-five on felony counts. How was he caught? If driving a vehicle, he can also expect to lose his license for a while.
