Question by je t’aime<3: what drug test would a juvenille court use?
i could of gotten out of losing my license for 6 months if i took a drug test. i smoked marijuana over 2 weeks ago but it was not alot. also i smoked it about a month before that. both times not alot.
i know if they did a hair test i wouldnt pass but what would they of used?
i got out of it by taking a driving improvement course and writing a 2000 word essay.
im 16 in ohio. and no i dont need lectured on how bad it is.

Usually, they administer a urine test. You still might have showed positive even though you hadn’t smoked for two weeks.
Hair tests are expensive and aren’t generally used, to my knowledge.
