Simply put, it is the way that people go about doing business and interacting with each other. It will be readily apparent to most that the way people conduct themselves in a business in relation to each other and also in relation to their customers and suppliers will have a large bearing on the success of the enterprise. And the way that people go about conducting themselves is something that they learn to do through, largely, the non-written rules of the organization. Also, at times, the external impact on the business can fashion its behavior. For example, the culture of an organization may have been created by adverse circumstances that have impacted on it. Consider a business that has had to operate in a war zone or in a situation of natural disaster. Or, more close to the current climate, businesses that are operating in severe economic difficulty. These circumstances can combine to “bake” the culture in the oven of adversity. However, whatever is happening on the external part of the business, the impact on the culture will be through its impact on the people who work in the organization and particularly, how the leaders of the organization react to those circumstances. I think that it is the case that in 99.9% of all businesses, the values of an organization are created by the owners or the leaders of that business.

Business culture consists of the practices, protocol, and business etiquette in a certain workplace.
A drug rehab facility should be professional and have a passionate and personal side as well. Whether it is specializing in individual treatment or a family treatment program, it is important for a facility to be caring as well as credible.
