What Kind of Drug Test Is Used for Pre-Employment at the Cleveland Clinic?

Question by shortcake846: what kind of drug test is used for pre-employment at the cleveland clinic?
Is it urine, blood or hair? They’ve just implemented a strict non-smoking policy so they are going to be testing for nicotine (I’m a smoker). The 90 day cessation period is not an option so I’m trying to quit cold turkey which is not made easier by my stress concerning the situation. I just really like knowing what to expect.
