What Will Happen if Someone Is Convicted of a Class 5 Felony in Ohio?

Question by Jeana: What will happen if someone is convicted of a class 5 felony in Ohio?
Someone was arrested and is in jail until arraignment and has 2 charges that are class 5 felonies. Drug related, but no drugs were actually found on them. They have a previous felony from several years earlier if that makes any difference. What is likely to happen?
